All bidders must agree to the terms and conditions to bid. 

Must be registered to bid and the information must be truthful.

Must be at least 18 years old to register .

BIDDERBIDDER & CharityTrader management reserves the right to deny the bid of anyone that has not registered or who has not abided by the terms and conditions of the auction site.

There is one bidder number provided per business or per individual buyer. If there are more than one buyer for a business a name and copy of  a drivers license will be required for each name. It is the responsibility of the business owner to contact us to add names or take names off their account, or to make changes to their account.

A registered bidder can bid on auction items. All bids become a binding offer. At the end of the auction the highest bidder will be contractually required to purchase the item for the second highest bid price, plus one cent. The buyer is required to pay for the item in full by the first Monday following the sale date by 4 pm. There is a $50 per day late fee for late payments, if not paid in full after payments within 3 working days. The items will be lost to the bidder and put up for auction again or offered to the next highest bidder. Bidder default will mean loss of future bidding rights. Payment will be made by cashiers check or money order, unless other arrangements have been made.   All purchased items must be picked up by the Tuesday following the sale. Items not picked up by the last day will be assessed a $25 fee per item per day, until picked up. After 10 days the items will become the property of CharityTrader and will be disposed of as we see fit.

All items on this auction site are sold as-is where is and with all faults and defects therein. No warranty as such is either intended or implied. All items are used and may contain defects. Previewing and inspecting any that you have interest in is suggested before bidding. The photos and the description of the item we provide should be considered unreliable. The mileage on the odometer if stated is just a reading of what it shows. Its up to you the bidder to decide what the mileage is and if the number shown on the odometer is correct in your best judgement. Once again inspection and research of any item that your bidding on is suggested.
